Romney vs. the YouTube snowman
"I think the presidency ought to be held at a higher level than having to answer questions from a snowman."
Well, there are a lot of things that the presidency ought to be held at a higher level than.* But aren't we being a bit intolerant here, Mr. Romney? (WP)
*I tried to avoid ending that sentence with a preposition but it was totally beyond me how to do it.
Damn, did it again!

Pandering Mr. Romney will melt like a snowman in these global warming times.
I hope Mitt comes to his senses. Among the Rep candidates he's my current favorite.
Bush-41 made the same error in '92 by shunning an MTV 'Choose or Lose' townhall, following Clinton's.
A bit on usage (because I'm a grammar nerd): While than can be understood as either a preposition or a conjunction, if we limit ourselves to Standard English, your usage here is as a conjunction. The sentence can be reworded:
"The presidency ought to be held at a higher level than a lot of other things."
Which makes it look like a preposition, but actually there is an understood predicate that is omitted:
"The presidency ought to be held at a higher level than a lot of other things [are held at]."
So, you didn't end the sentence with a preposition. You ended it with a conjunction. Of course, I ended that last sentence with a preposition (in the brackets), but oh well. I could reword it:
"The presidency ought to be held at a higher level than the levels at which a lot of other things are held."
But that was totally off topic from your content. :)
