Plastic People of the Universe to play DC

Cool! At the Black Cat, May 26. The Plastic People of the Universe are a Czech punk band which played a pivotal role in the overthrow of Czechoslovakia's Communist government. Another notable thing about them is that they do some solid covers of Velvet Underground songs, even though most of their music is straight-up punk.
